Professional Experience
I work for the best real estate company in Panama City, Prudential Shimmering Sands Realty. I started in the real estate business in 1998 when Prudential Shimmering Sands Realty had one office and about 25 agents. Today through a state of the art training program we have 3 offices and over 105 agents that work with Prudential.
I am the Broker-Sales Manager of Prudential Shimmering Sands Realty Panama City office and am very active in the Bay County Association of Realtors Board of Directors. I was the 2007 President, and have previously served as the Chairman of Career Development for the education committee for 2004 & 2005. I have earned recognition as a Gold Club member for 2001 & 2002 for sales production in excess of 1.5 million dollars, & Platinum Club member for 2003 & 2004 for sales production in excess of 5 million. I am very involved in education of himself and his fellow Realtors and has earned CCDS (certified career development specialist) designation as well as the GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) designation. Education is paramount to success in real estate, don't settle for anyone who doesn't have the same philosophy, you will be the only one who loses.

I am a member of the Bay County Association of Realtors, Florida Association of Realtors, and National Association of Realtors, all of which adhere to a strict Realtor Code of Ethics. I am also a member of the Bay County Chamber of Commerce, Panama City Beaches Chamber of Commerce, and the Bay Education Foundation Board of Directors.
I am a member of Northstar Church in Panama City and very active in the Youth and Children's ministry groups. I am active in the lives of my six children and enjoy helping people achieve the American dream of home ownership.
