Thank you for visiting my web page. I'm Jennifer Ledesma, managing broker of our Panama City Beach office. We specialize in residential and commercial properties located through out Bay County. Our office is well versed in 2nd homes and condominium properties along with 1031 tax exchanges, short sales and investment opportunities. We can take the guesswork out of the buying or selling process.

Professional Experience

A member of the National, Florida, and Bay County Associations of Realtors, I've been a licensed real estate agent since 1997 and I strongly embrace accuracy, honesty, and determination in helping people realize dreams. I also attribute my success, in part, to keeping abreast of the rapidly changing real estate environment and to availing myself of each and every professional education opportunity that comes along. More importantly, I focus hard on client needs and exceed all professional standards established by law, trade association, or just plain common sense and courtesy.

Professional Education and Designations

I am a graduate of the REALTOR institute (GRI),a member of the Council of Residential Brokers (CRB)and certified distressed property expert (CDPE).

I have been a director for the Bay County Association of REALTORS in 2001 & 2002 and again in 2006 & 2007. I have served as Career Development chairperson in 2002 & 2003. I am also a member of the state and local Honor Society and have severed on numerous state committees.
